About the Role
Digirockstars is a specialist growth agency for iGaming and crypto brands in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. WOMO is our proprietary affiliate and influencer network — 3,000+ creators and publishers across the region, and a product in its own right.
Our clients are solid. Our work is proven. What we’re building now is the external narrative that matches the quality of what we actually do — across both brands.
This is a full-time role for someone who can own marketing communications, PR, content production, and event execution across Digirockstars and WOMO simultaneously. You will work directly with the founders. Minimal hand-holding. High ownership.
What You’ll Own
Across Both Brands
- Marketing communications across owned channels — LinkedIn company pages, website copy updates, directory profiles, email communications
- Founder content support — helping the founders develop, draft, and refine LinkedIn posts against documented content strategies and voice frameworks
- PR and media relations — building a media list from scratch, pitching the founders as contributors and interviewees to Philippine iGaming, crypto, and business press
- Brand voice consistency — keeping Digirockstars and WOMO distinct where they need to be, cohesive where they should be
Digirockstars
- Agency profile management on Clutch, OnlyiGaming, The Manifest, and relevant Philippine directories
- Communications for hiring campaigns, partnerships, and agency milestones
- Securing the founders as named contributors on iGaming and crypto publications — iGB, AGB, CalvinAyre, BeInCrypto, CoinDesk Philippines, and others
WOMO
- Affiliate and influencer partner communications — recruitment messaging, network announcements, partner-facing content
- Brand client communications — positioning WOMO as the preferred affiliate and influencer network in the Philippines
- Ensuring both sides of the WOMO market — supply and demand — are spoken to with equal clarity
Podcast and Video Series
- Own the production and coordination of a short-form video and podcast series — the flagship content asset for both brands
- The format: 5 to 8 minute episodes built around real conversations between the founders, clients, WOMO affiliates and influencers, and industry figures in Philippine iGaming and crypto. No scripted interviews. No host voice-overs. Just a conversation that happens to be recorded — bookended by a 2 to 3 second brand bumper at open and close.
- Make everything around the conversation invisible: guest research, talking point preparation, recording coordination, editing oversight, and distribution across LinkedIn video and podcast platforms
- Cut short clips from each episode for LinkedIn repurposing and manage the publishing calendar
Events and Conferences
- Oversee the communications and coordination layer for company-held events and conferences — working across internal teams, external partners, contractors, and suppliers to keep everything aligned
- Pre-event: manage external-facing communications, promotional materials, and announcements — ensuring the event is positioned correctly before it happens
- During the event: coordinate with relevant parties to ensure both brands show up consistently — from materials and signage to real-time content and social coverage
- Post-event: own the narrative after the event wraps — recaps, press mentions, highlight content, and follow-up communications that extend the event’s reach
What You Won’t Do
- Paid media execution
- Client campaign work
This is a communications role, not a content mill. Output is measured by quality and placement, not volume.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year in marketing communications, PR, or content strategy — agency or in-house
- Strong writer in English — you can take a brief and produce copy that doesn’t sound like it was written by a committee
- Demonstrable experience writing for B2B audiences, ideally in a regulated or high-stakes industry — iGaming, crypto, fintech, finance, or legal
- Comfortable managing two brand voices simultaneously without letting them bleed into each other
- Experience pitching to media — you know how to write a pitch that gets opened, and you are not intimidated by building a contact list from zero
- Podcast or video production coordination experience — you do not need to be an editor, but you need to know how to run a production process end to end
- Experience coordinating events — comfortable working across internal teams, external partners, contractors, and suppliers to keep moving parts aligned
- Familiar with LinkedIn as a professional communications channel, not just a job board
- Comfortable working with founders who have clear opinions and move fast
- Philippines-based
Bonus Points
- iGaming, crypto, or affiliate marketing industry background
- Existing relationships with Philippine or SEA iGaming and crypto press
- Experience with Clutch, G2, or similar B2B review and directory platforms
- Familiarity with Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts Connect, or similar distribution tools
- Experience producing event recap content — written, video, or both
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Hybrid setup
- Nationwide holidays observed
- Paid VLs and SLs (after six months)
- Performance bonuses (after six months)
- Reimbursement for software, books, and courses
- Company-covered travel for annual retreat and team meetups
What This Looks Like in Practice
Full-time role, split across both brands. Async-first, with a standing weekly sync with the founders. Both brands have fully documented strategy, messaging, voice frameworks, and content direction — you are not starting from scratch on positioning or brand thinking. You are starting from scratch on presence, media relationships, the podcast, and the events programme — and that is the job.
