Getting this far means something. We reviewed your application and we liked what we saw — your background, your experience, the way you put yourself across on paper.
But we’re a small team that works closely together, and how you think and communicate matters as much as what’s on your CV. This video is your chance to let us see the person behind the application.
Submitting a video pitch takes effort, and we don’t take that lightly. The fact that you’ve made it here and are willing to put yourself on camera tells us something important: you’re serious about this. That already sets you apart.
We’re not looking for a polished presenter or someone who sounds like they rehearsed for days. We want to hear how you actually think. Don’t worry about perfect grammar — say what you mean, clearly, in your own words. Clarity matters far more to us than sounding impressive.
Every application that reaches this stage has been reviewed by a human — not filtered by a bot. If you’re here, we genuinely want to learn more.
We’re not judging your production quality or how scripted you sound. We want to see how you think, how you communicate, and whether you’d fit our team.
Once we receive your video, we review it within a week. If we want to move forward, we’ll reach out to set up a proper conversation.
This doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be you. Read through the guidelines below before you hit record — they’ll help you make the most of your time.
Don’t overthink the length. Aim to be thorough but respectful of everyone’s time. 3–5 minutes is usually the sweet spot.
You don’t need a studio. A clean background, natural light, and a quiet room is all it takes. We just need to see and hear you clearly.
Talk to us like you’re already on a call. No need to read from a script — natural is better than rehearsed.
We prefer English, but Taglish is completely fine. Clarity beats perfect grammar every time. Speak in whichever language lets you express yourself best.
You received a set of role-specific questions in the email that brought you here. Use those as your guide — you don’t need to answer them in any particular order.
Use the form below to submit your video recording. Follow the instructions inside to upload your file and complete your submission.
