What happened
PAGCOR announced on 5 November 2026 that its nationwide linked bingo series will conclude with an event offering more than PHP13 million in tax-free cash prizes.
Called “Big Time Bingo Milyonaryo”, the finale will be hosted by Casino Filipino Angeles on 6 December 2026, with simultaneous games at participating venues across the country.
Participating Casino Filipino branches include Bacolod, Cebu, Grand Regal, Ilocos Norte, Iloilo, Olongapo and Tagaytay, alongside the Angeles host venue named in the announcement.
PAGCOR-authorised bingo beneficiary venues joining the event include Okada Manila, Winford Resort and Casino, Bingo Bee Malabon Grand, and NUSTAR Resort and Casino.
Each PHP3,000 ticket entitles a participant to four bingo cards per game across all 10 games, according to the ticket terms in PAGCOR’s announcement.
Games 1 to 9 will each award PHP1 million, while the 10th game will feature a guaranteed PHP3 million jackpot described as “must-go”.
PAGCOR directed ticket enquiries to its listed contact numbers and further event information to the Casino Filipino website and Facebook page.

- PAGCOR net income down 85%: structural crisis, not a blipPAGCOR's net income collapsing 85% to PHP1.6 billion in H1 2026, with e-gaming revenues down 41.9%, is a materially new financial disclosure that confirms what prior reporting signaled directionally but could not quantify. The BSP e-wallet disconnection order is the primary driver, not geopolitical noise, and the Supreme Court ruling requiring a higher gross income remittance to the Philippine Sports Commission compounds the damage permanently. A regulator this fiscally stressed entering Casino Filipino privatisation negotiations, B2B accreditation enforcement, and operator license conversations simultaneously is a more volatile counterparty: motivated to push revenue-generating approvals fast while performing visible enforcement to justify its institutional existence. - LaVie's self-run iGaming platform launches next monthInternational Entertainment Corp, the Hong Kong-listed operator behind Manila's LaVie Resort and Casino, is launching a self-run iGaming platform within the coming month, covering remote gaming, online casino, and sports betting. A hotel-casino operator choosing to build and run its own platform rather than licensing a turnkey solution is a meaningful operational commitment: it implies direct exposure to technology, compliance, and player acquisition costs without a B2B vendor absorbing those risks.…Product · Philippines
