What we build

Four capabilities. One growth system.

Each runs independently. Most clients start with one and expand as results compound.

Cohort value by acquisition cost · 90 days
Quality-optimizedCPA-optimized

Crossover, day 60 Day 0Day 60Day 90 Retained value

Quality separates from cost at day sixty. Most measurement windows close before that.

01  /  Acquisition

Acquisition measured at ninety days.

Cost per first deposit rewards volume at the exact point in the funnel where quality is least visible. We instrument acquisition so source ties to downstream behavior, then optimize against retained value at 90 days.

Outcome: lower effective CPA at ninety days

Performance Acquisition →

02  /  Retention

If there is no control group, there is no result.

Every program runs against a holdout. The number you see is incremental lift, measured against a control group that received nothing. Segmentation is built on behavioral signals, so intervention lands when a player is deciding rather than after they have gone quiet.

Outcome: retention numbers you can defend to a board, because the counterfactual is measured

Retention and CRM →

WOMO network · partner segments

WOMO PUBLISHERSMEDIA AND REVIEW SITES INFLUENCERS & AGENTSCREATORS, STREAMERS,OFFLINE AGENTS CASHBACKLOYALTY PLATFORMS NICHE CONTENTCOMMUNITYAND FORUM

Four partner segments spanning online creators and offline agents, each with different economics and conversion behavior. Most brands are only active in one of them.

03  /  Distribution

Three thousand partners, built and owned.

WOMO is 3,000+ affiliates, influencers, and agents across the Philippines and SEA, recruited, and managed. Partner quality is scored against retained value.

Outcome: distribution built over years and owned outright

Affiliate and Influencer →

04  /  Strategy

Before the media plan, the architecture.

We map how acquisition, retention, and affiliate feed each other before any budget moves. Each channel gets a defined job, a target cost, and a measured contribution to the next cycle.

Outcome: each cycle lowers the cost of the next

HelpGamblers.ph

Player advocacy and responsible gaming

The Philippines’ first independent iGaming player advocacy portal, covering operator accountability scores, player complaints, and PAGCOR license verification. A market where players have no recourse is one that gets regulated harder and trusted less, which is bad for players first and operators second. Its editorial operation is independent of our commercial relationships.

What we are for.

Our Vision

The brands we back, become the brands that win.

Our Mission

Build growth systems clients trust as smart investments.

DRS for Startups

Our full capability for twelve months. For one startup that’s earned it.

Execution that changes a trajectory costs more than most startups can justify at their stage. Once a year we remove that constraint for one or two of them, and give them the same team, tooling, and network our paying clients use.

  • Full service access across acquisition, retention, affiliate, and strategy for twelve months, with no retainer and no fees
  • WOMO network access, the same roster our paying clients use

“Digirockstars helped us scale paid media and influencer campaigns in multiple geos. They understand both growth and compliance, which is rare.”

Global Head of Marketing, iGaming (Global)

“Their approach to affiliate management and paid media is disciplined and strategic. They focus on qualified growth, not just volume.”

CMO, iGaming (Philippines)

“They restructured our digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing so we could finally see how acquisition connects to long-term value.”

Head of Growth, Fintech (Global)

“Digirockstars built a clear influencer and affiliate strategy that gave us real traction in a competitive market.”

Marketing Director, iGaming (Philippines)

Founder, AI Consumer Tech (United States)

“Digirockstars operates like an extension of our team. Paid media, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs work together seamlessly.”

Common questions

The questions operators ask first.

The ones that come up before a first call. Anything more specific is a conversation rather than a page.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

We work with iGaming operators, licensed fintech platforms, and high-growth tech businesses operating in Southeast Asia. The common thread is a regulated or high-scrutiny environment where the standard marketing playbook does not transfer cleanly. Most of our clients have run campaigns before and have already worked with at least one agency that treated their category like an e-commerce account.

Are there brands or categories you decline to work with?

Yes. We decline work where the licensing position is unclear, where the product targets markets it is not permitted to serve, or where the responsible gaming posture does not meet a standard we are willing to put our name against. This has cost us business and it is the correct trade.

What does a good fit look like for you?

A brand with a defined market, a working product, and a leadership team that will act on what a diagnosis surfaces. The engagements that compound are the ones where we are given access to the actual numbers early and the mandate to change something structural, rather than being handed a channel and a budget.

We already have an in-house team. Where would you sit alongside them?

Wherever the gap is. Common configurations are us owning acquisition while the in-house team owns CRM, us owning the affiliate and creator layer while the team runs paid, or us running the measurement and attribution build that lets the in-house team see what is actually working. We scope against your team as it exists rather than against a template.

We already have an agency. Can you work as a second partner on a specific channel?

Yes. Single-channel and single-discipline engagements are workable, most often affiliate, creator, or CRM. The one thing we ask for is visibility into how the other channels are measured, because a channel judged in isolation will be judged wrong.

How quickly can you go live?

Where tracking and accounts are already in place, two to three weeks. Where the measurement foundation needs building, four to six. We will go live faster if you need us to and we will tell you what confidence you are giving up to do it.

Can you share case studies with real numbers?

Yes. Published case studies carry the problem, the approach, the metrics, and the stack rather than a percentage with no context. Where a client requires anonymity, the numbers stay and the name does not.

How much should we budget for acquisition?

It depends on what a user is worth to you, what you pay to acquire one, and how long your cash can be out before spend pays back. Our investment calculator works it out from your own numbers and shows the math, so you can take it to your finance team before a first call.

Let’s build your growth engine.

Tell us what is not working. A strategy call is 45 minutes and there is no deck.
