Case studies: anonymized, and shared by request.

Every case study is approved by the client and stripped of anything that identifies them. What remains is the problem, the approach, and the direction of the numbers.

How we handle client data

We treat client performance data as the client’s property.

That principle shapes what our case studies are. They document our approach and the direction of what changed. They do not disclose brand names, absolute revenue, deposit volumes, spend levels, or anything that would let a reader work out whose account they are looking at.

They are shared by request rather than published because of simple arithmetic. The Philippines has a small number of licensed operators. Anonymization holds up in a one-to-one conversation and holds up considerably less well against an open page any competitor can cross-reference.

There is a second point that applies to anyone reading this page. How an agency handles the data of its current clients indicates how it will handle yours.

Our commitments

Four rules we work to.

These are the terms under which client work gets documented at all.

01
Nothing identifying is published or shared

No client names, no brand references, no logos, and no detail that ties a result to a specific operator. Sector, market, and engagement type only.

02
Figures are indexed or aggregated

Movement is reported as percentages and indexed change against a baseline rather than absolute revenue, deposit volumes, or spend.

03
Client approval before anything circulates

Every case study is reviewed and approved by the client before it enters the library, including the anonymized descriptors.

04
A request log rather than an open download

We know who has received what. A public PDF can be forwarded anywhere.

What you receive

Full documentation, not a sales deck.

Sent as a single document covering engagements relevant to your situation. If we do not have work genuinely comparable to yours, we will say so.

01

The starting position

What the account looked like on day one. Where spend was going, what was being measured, and what was breaking.

02

What we changed

The specific decisions in sequence, with the reasoning. Which channels were cut, which were added, and what we got wrong.

03

The numbers

Indexed and percentage-based movement against a stated baseline, with cohort direction at 30, 60, and 90 days.

04  What it depended on

Promotional support, conversion event integration, product changes on the client side. Results that cannot be replicated without these are not results you can plan against.

Who qualifies

We share these with operators.

This is a filter, and it means some requests are declined.

We will send them to
  • Licensed or actively licensing operators in iGaming or fintech
  • Brands genuinely evaluating an agency partnership
  • Investors or boards conducting diligence, with that client’s consent
We will not send them to
  • Competing agencies, however the request is framed
  • Requests that decline to identify the requesting company
  • Students, researchers, and media, though we are happy to talk instead

The last field matters most. It determines which engagements we send rather than defaulting to everything we have.
