5. AlwaysOn — AI Influencer System
AlwaysOn is Digirockstars' proprietary 24/7 AI livestreaming system, available exclusively to WOMO network influencers. It involves the creation of AI-generated personas based on real individuals ("talent"). The following specific privacy considerations apply:
- Talent who participate in AlwaysOn provide their likeness, voice recordings, and identity materials under a separate written agreement that governs the use, scope, and duration of those assets
- AI persona assets — including generated face, voice, and behavioral data — are owned by Digirockstars under the terms of the talent agreement
- Audience members who interact with AlwaysOn livestreams may have their engagement data (watch time, click behaviour, conversion events) collected for reporting purposes on behalf of brand clients
- Brand clients who access AlwaysOn services provide campaign-specific data under their client agreements, which include data processing terms
- AlwaysOn waitlist data (name, company, email, industry, and interest type) is stored securely and used only to facilitate onboarding conversations
If you are a talent participant with questions about how your likeness or voice data is stored, used, or can be removed, please contact us directly at hey@digirockstars.co.
