Visualize Group merges two major compliance testers
What happened
Visualize Group, a private investment firm, completed its acquisition of eCOGRA in late September 2026. This follows its acquisition of BMM Testlabs, which closed in March 2026. eCOGRA is a UK-based provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services for regulated iGaming markets. BMM Testlabs is one of the longest-established product compliance testers in the global gaming industry. Both are widely accepted by regulators across multiple jurisdictions, including PAGCOR and key APAC licensing bodies.
