LT Game's HyTable and a Cebu Install Show the Real Philippine Procurement Market

Weike just completed a live install at a Cebu casino that isn't a flagship property. LT Game says its hybrid electronic table could hit floors before summer ends. Together, they confirm Asian equipment suppliers are already closing deals well below the Manila integrated resort tier.

What happened

LT Game has announced HyTable, an electronic multi-game table running both virtual and live-dealer formats, with baccarat and blackjack as the launch titles, as reported by GGRAsia. The company's COO indicated installations could happen before the end of summer, making this a near-term floor event rather than a roadmap item.

Separately, Weike Gaming Technology has confirmed a live installation of its Long Hua Fu Gui Progressive Link at Play Park Casino in Mandaue City, Cebu, with two base games, Ma Shang Ying and Jie Jie Ying, already running. This is a completed deployment, not a pilot announcement.

Why it matters

The HyTable concept addresses a real structural problem for mid-tier properties. Full live-dealer tables require dealer labor, supervision, minimum table counts, and floor space, economics that many regional and provincial casinos can't run profitably, especially outside peak hours. Electronic multi-game units lower the staffing floor and extend playing hours. The hybrid virtual-plus-live format also gives operators a way to offer a live-dealer feel at lower cost, which matters directly against online platforms already delivering live baccarat to a player's phone at no floor cost at all.

The Weike Cebu installation is the detail that actually confirms the broader pattern. Play Park Casino in Mandaue is not a flagship property. If suppliers are closing deals there, the procurement pipeline extends well beyond the top-tier PAGCOR licensees everyone tracks by default. Philippine operators below the Manila integrated resort tier are actively buying Asian-manufactured gaming equipment right now.

For suppliers, Southeast Asia is attractive precisely because it sits outside the Macau concession structure and the stricter regulatory environment of Singapore. The market is fragmented, operators are price-sensitive, and the bar for a competitive product is lower than in those mature markets, conditions that favor exactly this kind of rapid, opportunistic deployment.

What to watch

LT Game installation confirmations before September. The COO's "this summer" language sets a near-term window. Watch for floor announcements in the Philippines, Cambodia, or Vietnam specifically, a confirmed installation validates whether this is backed by real operator commitments or still a marketing position.

PAGCOR equipment approval timelines. Any new gaming device requires PAGCOR technical review and approval before going live on Philippine floors. If HyTable is targeting Philippine properties, the regulatory clock matters. Watch for any PAGCOR technical standards updates or approval announcements related to hybrid electronic table configurations.

Further supplier activity at provincial Philippine properties. The Weike Cebu deal suggests regional operators have active procurement budgets right now. A second or third Asian supplier announcing a non-Metro Manila installation in the next quarter would confirm a broader procurement wave, not a one-off deal.

  1. LT Game's HyTable targets SE Asia floors before year endLT Game pushing HyTable, an electronic multi-game table combining virtual and live-dealer formats, into Southeast Asian casino floors before summer ends is a direct play for the mid-tier property segment that cannot afford full live-dealer infrastructure but is losing players to online channels. The Cebu installation of Weike's progressive link this week confirms that Philippine casino floors are active procurement targets for Asian equipment suppliers right now, not a future addressable market.…Product

  3. ArenaPlus brings Derrick Rose back to Cebu for third timeDerrick Rose completing a third Philippine appearance as ArenaPlus ambassador in under a year, this time in Cebu at SM Seaside City, confirms this is a sustained regional brand-building strategy, not a one-off activation. Extending high-profile ambassador presence beyond Metro Manila is the right move in a market where PAGCOR has closed most above-the-line acquisition channels: event-based ambassador appearances in major provincial cities are compliant, high-reach, and difficult for competitors to replicate at speed.…Market · Philippines
